Stan shares the story of finding 81-year-old Margaret Rose Cox unresponsive after choking and what he says happened as he followed God’s voice telling him what to do. He also shares his own unexpected healing experience that same day and the moment he finally understood whose voice he had been hearing all those years.

But that’s not where the miracle stories end.

Years later, a seemingly ordinary series of events led Stan into the hospital room of a young mother in a coma he had never met. Her family was facing an unimaginable situation, and Stan knew God had sent him there to pray for healing.

How he ended up in that hospital room and what happened next is one of those stories you need to hear for yourself to believe.

Then this conversation takes a turn neither of us planned.

Stan stops talking about what God has done in the past and begins praying directly for the people watching. He leads a salvation prayer for anyone who wants to know Jesus and then begins a prophetic healing prayer for those believing God for healing in their own lives.

Living in the World’s Longest Civil War: My Life as a Missionary in the Jungle

Twelve years ago, David Small couldn't find Burma on a map. Today, it's home.

David has spent more than a decade serving as a Christian missionary in the war zones of ...Burma (Myanmar), where following God has meant sneaking across borders, navigating landmines, facing sniper fire, and learning to trust God when there is no way to control what happens next.

But this isn't simply a war story.

In this episode of Witness the Wonder, David shares what happened when a quiet nudge from God led him days into the jungle to a remote village, an extraordinary encounter with a Rohingya Muslim team at a river crossing, and what happened after years of prayer for the people serving within the Burmese government.

You'll also hear the story behind the Jungle Discipleship School, where David and his team disciple young people from across Burma and prepare them to take the gospel back to their own communities.

David opens up about the personal cost of serving in a war zone, losing nearly 20 people he loved, and the unexpected way God provided exactly what he needed before one of the most difficult seasons of his life.
