Aner Shapira stood at the entrance ...of a bomb shelter as terrorists attacked, throwing grenade after grenade inside. With no weapon—only courage—he threw back seven grenades, protecting those hiding within. The eighth exploded in his hand, killing him.

Inside that same shelter was his best friend, Hersh Goldberg-Polin, who was severely wounded, taken hostage, and later murdered after nearly 11 months in captivity.

Pilgrimage Road: Archaeology Confirms Jerusalem’s 2,000 Year Jewish History

Archaeological discoveries beneath Jerusalem continue to confirm what Scripture and history have always declared: Jerusalem is the ancient and eternal capital of the Jewish people.
